Brains cells are waste by thinking what to prep on a daily basis. It is a tiresome routine. Making a plan for long term meal prep will save an individual effort, money, and time. No longer will one has to ponder on it daily.

When and how to prepare. This really is entirely up to the person. Some people do the prepping in sync with their salary cycle. Some people are more comfortable with weekly projection, and still, others go to such lengths as to plan for a whole month.
